Focus 4 Development Ltd strives to maintain an on-site emergency response window of between 1 to 2 hours with a 2-hour reporting time frame for completion of emergency events. Response times may vary slightly based on the nature and time of the emergency, road and weather conditions.

Contingency plans are predetermine for continuity of service and back up plans kept at the ready.
