Focus 4 Development Ltd has learned through experience that planning and preparedness are tantamount to successful execution and customer satisfaction. As such, site tours are mandatory by all supervisory personnel, prior to commencement of each contract, to ensure site requirements, scope of work and expectations are clearly understood and communicated.

• Curb areas and fences are recorded on videotape to ensure all damage is noted for future reference.
• Key areas and curbs are marked for winter maintenance using reflective snow stakes for snow removal and public awareness.
• Google maps and/or site maps are utilized, areas are outlined and copies are supplied to each crew responsible and back up copies are maintained in the event that substitute crews are needed.
• Scheduling of sites and routes is then predetermined through our scheduling software and is also utilized for timely completion of non-scheduled, requested events.
• Time tickets are filled out by the attending crew, for each site visit to record location, time and duration of visit, scope of work completed and any site observations.
• Any issues or observations are communicated to the site supervisor for action.
• Time tickets are then submitted to the accounting department, recorded in client files and noted on monthly invoices.

 

Non-event site tours are conducted regularly for a proactive approach to maintaining preparedness and to monitor quality control.
