Close monitoring of the Weather Office is conducted constantly throughout the year. Crews are immediately put on stand at the first sign of changing weather patterns, equipment is readied (plugged in and charged, fueled, and warmed up if necessary to enable swift response in the case of an event.

Periodic checks are performed for readiness and all crews are again contacted immediately upon commencement of an event.

Focus 4 Development Ltd employs it’s own full time service technician to maintain all equipment from, lawn mowers to Gravleys, and skid steers to tandems. We are constantly upgrading both our equipment and vehicles to ensure the latest emission standards and fuel efficiencies are met. We also employ an “after hours” service technician for emergency service requirements.
